For this reason, the objective of this project is to design an operations control system to optimize the profitability of the School and Institutional Transportation companies. The methodology used was a quantitative and qualitative approach, descriptive and documentary. The population considered is 14 companies with qualifying titles for public and commercial transport in the Daule canton by the Transit Authority.
