The Constitution of Ecuador establishes a position of national sovereignty over the corresponding segments of the geostationary synchronous orbit. In the field of space law, the creation of mechanisms at the national level is sought to promote and guarantee the use and space exploration of these segments. can promote and correlate with the Good Living Regime against the rights of a healthy environment and technological development that is transformed into the growth of space activities at the national level, being essential to evaluate the national capacities of private and public entities in space matters with the purpose of being able to replicate and promote space developments at the national level. The research will identify the function of the public body in charge of space activity in Ecuador, such as the Military Geographic Institute, and the participation of different governmental actors and non-governmental private actors on the promotion of the space industry in Ecuador in support of technological development. , where the national policy proposed within the National Development Plan called Creation of Opportunities 2021-2025 is evaluated and observed, on its possible application and promotion through space activities before the entire national community.............
