The problem identified is that there is an excess of waste that affects the cost of production, a situation that occurs due to poor control, which occurs because the company is new in the market and has not achieved the standardization of processes that are basic in raw material processing industries. The methodology used corresponds to a study with a mixed approach, where the techniques used were: survey, interview and documentary analysis, through which the criteria and perceptions of the collaborators of the company XYZ and the observations made to the accounting data can be contrasted. For the resolution or mitigation of the problematic situation, an alternative solution has been proposed consisting of twelve actions to be implemented with the intention of obtaining a better production process, which in turn is reflected in increased productivity. The conclusions reached in the study are that the collaborators play an important role in achieving better results and therefore it is necessary to empower them with the theoretical and practical actions that the company should undertake to solve the current problem |
