Estudio económico de la Empresa Hnos. Gómez dedicada a la venta al detalle de electrodomésticos en la ciudad de Milagro

The Hnos. Gómez home appliance retail store is located in the north of the canton, La Pradera street, av. Marshal Sucre; Cdla. Saint Beatrice. In the Hnos. Gómez store, it is evident that the biggest problem is related to the door-to-door delivery of products to consumers, without prior monitoring of the economic status of customers, a position that has led to having to close the doors of the store. warehouse, in order to update customer records and determine which process is failing. Therefore, the objective was: Design an economic study that allows revealing the economic position of the store. On the other hand, it was considered as part of the target audience, that they be the inhabitants who live in the urban area of Cantón Milagro, since in said area there is the largest number of people with the purchasing power to obtain electrical appliances. In the same way, it is expected that these people have an approximate age range of between 20 and 65 years, because the majority of people at that age have the independence to acquire products. On another point, that these people belong to a medium and medium-high social stratum, due to the issue of having sufficient resources to pay for it. Also, that these people are currently within the population economically, since in the case of requesting a loan, payments can be guaranteed.
