Lisää tagi | Yhteenveto: | This research paper was taking as an object of study to the institution Balandra Cruz Del Sur, which identified the existence of internal problems related to the processes of payroll generating delays and dissatisfaction in the internal customer of the institution. Based on this background, the authors of the work carried out a study which allowed them to clearly define the problem and its variables; well same set the objectives and the rationale for the execution of the research. As complementary aspect was necessary to analyze concepts established in different secondary sources related to the issue raised, which enabled us to establish a generalized vision of the context of the work. In regard to the collection of information through primary sources, is working with a type of descriptive research, considering how population administrative staff, teaching and maintenance of the institution, to those who were directed surveys to learn about the perception of those involved. The results that were obtained from the field study allowed the authors to obtain the necessary parameters to develop a proposal, which was based on the implementation of a computing platform designed to facilitate the access to information of payroll to the staff of the institution….. |
