An interview was also conducted with the company's general manager and its accountant, from which relevant information was obtained about the current situation of credit and collection policies and accounts receivable management strategies. |

An interview was also conducted with the company's general manager and its accountant, from which relevant information was obtained about the current situation of credit and collection policies and accounts receivable management strategies.El presente trabajo de titulación corresponde a la modalidad de proyecto de investigación, el cual presenta como objetivo general Analizar las cuentas por cobrar y su afectación en la liquidez de la empresa LIMPIO S.A. durante el periodo 2020-2021 para identificar y afrontar los posibles problemas de liquidez. Este trabajo propone alcanzar dicho objetivo mediante un enfoque mixto de investigación de alcance descriptivo, con los alcances de un investigación de campo y de análisis documental, las cuales permitieron hacer uso de instrumentos de investigación tales como una revisión documental en la cual se analiza el estado de resultados periodos 2020-2021 misma que establece el resumen de pérdidas y ganancias de la empresa, del cual se realizó el análisis vertical y horizontal de la empresa, mismo que expuso información acerca de las variaciones relativas y absolutas de las cuentas por cobrar de cada periodo de estudio.
