Zusammenfassung:The objective of this research project was to determine the way in which the work climate influences the turnover of personnel of the Wong Foundation High School Educational Unit, for this, the relationship between the internal organization of a company, its work environment was argued and worker productivity, it was known how employee satisfaction can influence staff turnover and its effects for the institution. Regarding the methodology, a mixed approach was used in terms of research, that is, quantitative and qualitative, so that in this way the use of surveys and interviews can be managed as the main data collection techniques. It is concluded that there is a relationship between the remuneration with the rotation of the personnel of the Educational Unit of the Wong Foundation, where it was possible to verify that the workers consider that the salary received does not fulfill the entire role they play in the institution, the work carried out is very exhausting, and they feel that it is not valued in the economic issue, which is why it generates discomfort and disagreement.
