| 要約: | The present investigative study has a bibliographic review of renowned authors, in addition the bibliographic sources used were taken from scientific articles, virtual books, physics, master's and doctorate works, the same ones that allowed the author to be of support for the respective Description and analysis in the development of the educational inclusion variables for students with low academic performance in basic general education of the students of the Fiscal Education Unit "Tránsito Amaguaña". It began with establishing the incident factors in the problem, with respect to the low performance of the students, which is closely linked to the educational work of the teachers, taking into account that constant training, motivation and awareness are essential factors so that the students develop essential skills and abilities. From the results collected, it was obtained that the students feel a need to be listened to, valued, that is, their needs and differences are not discriminated against or minimized, on the contrary, it is required that the teaching staff show more empathy and tolerance in terms of attention provided to students with Special Educational Needs. It is also determined that inclusion should be a main axis within the educational system, it should not be encompassed as something isolating, but as a whole in order to achieve interaction and inclusive daily practices........... |
