Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The general objective of this research was: "To analyze the need to establish a process that applies to the care of children who are on the streets begging and working in order to protect and guarantee the rights of children, seeking the eradication of begging and child exploitation in the workplace ", considering specific objectives such as comparing national regulations with foreign regulations, with respect to the best interests of the child in labor matters, in addition to reviewing the national legal regulations , in order to determine the existing sanctions around the subject. Likewise, the analysis of cases that were observed in Guayaquil, where parents subjected to forced labor or begging in minors, was proposed, with the purpose of suggesting solutions that, for the moment, the existing norms have not been fully settled. In order to achieve the objectives set, this study had a mixed approach, to apply qualitative research techniques, such as interview and quantitative, such as surveys, performing them to lawyers in free practice in the city of Guayaquil.
