The present research work in the company Ecuamoldes, is intended to solve the problem that arises, the need to obtain adequate inventory control has been generated. A mixed approach methodology was carried out in which it was collected through descriptive research through the application of data collection techniques such as survey and interview, documentary analysis allowing to know the reality of the entity in the development of inventory control. , obtaining information from the primary sources as well as the incidence in the liquidity of the company was verified. Where the need to design a manual of processes and procedures for inventory control was evidenced in which each function is assigned, the detail of processes and the main procedures for the personnel, with this the best performance of the company is guaranteed, improving control in inventories guaranteeing liquidity in the company. |

Where the need to design a manual of processes and procedures for inventory control was evidenced in which each function is assigned, the detail of processes and the main procedures for the personnel, with this the best performance of the company is guaranteed, improving control in inventories guaranteeing liquidity in the company.Las empresas industriales que se dedican a la comercialización de insumos y accesorios tienen una extensa gama de productos, el cual se diferencian por sus funciones, categorías y calidad, por lo que tiende a tener falencias en el control de las existencias, faltantes o sobrantes de mercadería; en muchas ocasiones pueden perjudicar los estados financieros al mostrar los activos del inventario y pueden degradarse con el tiempo; por lo que es suma importancia llevar un control de las mercancías que ingresan y salen del local puesto que ayudaría a mejorar la eficiencia, reducir los costos y aumentar la liquidez de la empresa. El presente trabajo de investigación en la empresa Ecuamoldes, se pretende solucionar la problemática que se presenta se ha genero la necesidad de obtener un adecuado control de inventarios. Se llevo a cabo una metodología de enfoque mixto en el cual se recopiló por medio de la investigación descriptiva mediante la aplicación de técnicas de recolección de datos como encuesta y entrevista, análisis documental permitiendo conocer la realidad de la entidad en el desarrollo del control de inventarios, obteniendo información desde las fuentes primarias así como también se comprobó la incidencia en la liquidez de la empresa.
