Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | The general objective of this investigation was to reform the Notarial Law of reference to the appointment of a Special Curator to contract second marriages, as specific objectives the doctrinal and theoretical elements linked to the figure of the special curator were defined, the advantages of implement by notarial means the appointment of a Special Curator to contract second marriages and finally, the inclusion of a new article in the notarial law is suggested to process the appointment of a special curator to contract second marriages. The methodology that was produced within the present study was based on the mixed approach, because on the one hand it was produced in a qualitative method to carry out the analysis of the interviews carried out, as well as a quantitative approach with the purpose of carry out a statistical analysis of the applied surveys. Finally, it was concluded that it is necessary for the National Assembly to make a modification to the Notarial Law in order to appoint a Special Curator to contract second marriages in this venue...... |
