In the present degree work entitled "Proposal for a Micro Plastering Mortar for LoadBearing Walls in Industrialized Homes Portable Hand Formwork" it has been investigated that in this industrialized housing construction system, there are factors that affect the cost, execution time and quality of the product, deviating in itself the concept of this construction methodology, which is composed of structural elements such as slabs and reinforced concrete walls, with the peculiarity that all its elements are concreted in situ to obtain a monolithic structure, cutting execution times. However, at the time of stripping there are imperfections in squares, undulations in slabs and walls, affecting the flatness of the surface. These repairs must be evaluated and identified to later be repaired. These repairs have a variable cost depending on the irregularities that the home has. Likewise, the execution time of this activity will depend greatly on the amount of repairs that must be made in each home, thus generating uncertainty in the total cost of the home and this activity. The proposal of applying a micro plastering mortar in industrialized homes allows not only to cover the imperfections or irregularities that the home has, but also to improve the surfaces of the walls and concrete slabs since having a fine finish allows it to be placed throughout the interior part. of the home, which can be quantified with a unit of measurement (m2), obtaining a cost and time that does not vary in a house model with the same construction area............
