The concept for a hotel design arises from the need to provide the community with lodging that not only meets the basic accommodation requirements, but also offers a luxurious experience through the use of various Art Deco architectural styles. Materials such as gilded brass, marble, horizontal and vertical elements, geometric shapes are employed, along with furniture and colors representative of the trend. In addition, a dual infrastructure is proposed, utilizing load-bearing walls and columns for enhanced structural integrity. Various recreational areas are offered including a pool, children's and adults' play area, spa and hair salon, restaurant, bar, and nightclub. Moreover, the hotel is envisioned to have an events hall for community activities, as well as commercial spaces such as a cafeteria and souvenir shop. The main objective of this project is to create a functional establishment that caters to the needs of the area and ensures that visitors have a fresh, yet traditional experience. |

The main objective of this project is to create a functional establishment that caters to the needs of the area and ensures that visitors have a fresh, yet traditional experience.Los hoteles que se encuentran situados dentro del cantón General Villamil – Playas cumplen un papel de suma importancia dentro del lugar, ya que son los encargados de albergar de manera temporal a los turistas que visitan su playa, siendo estos los establecimientos que provocan que la actividad económica incremente no solamente en el sector hotelero, sino también en las zonas comerciales y recreativas del sector. La propuesta del diseño de un hotel nace de la necesidad de brindar a la comunidad, un lugar de hospedaje que cumpla no solamente con el requerimiento de alojamiento común, también que otorgue una sensación lujosa gracias al empleo de distintos patrones del estilo arquitectónico Art Déco, donde fueron empleados materiales como el latón dorado, mármol, elementos horizontales y verticales, figuras geométricas, sumado a esto se proponen mobiliarios y colores representativos de la tendencia. Además, el empleo de una infraestructura dual mediante uso de muros portantes y columnas para una mejor resistencia en su estructura. Se ofrecen diversas áreas de recreación, tales como: piscina, zona de juegos infantiles y adultos, spa y peluquería, restaurante, bar y discoteca. Por otro lado, se plantea que el hotel brinde un salón de eventos para la comunidad donde puedan realizar actividades extracurriculares, asimismo espacios de comercialización; cafetería y tienda de souvenirs.
