| description | The research project is based on the problems that exist in the educational inclusion of migrant children who are refugees, where inclusive school practices are not always carried out properly. Therefore, the objective of the work was to analyze the incidence of school practices on the educational inclusion of school-age migrants in the shelter located in the Urbanor cooperative in the city of Guayaquil. The methodology used was a mixed approach, with a descriptive scope. Techniques such as observation of the activity and interviews of shelter guides and children, interviews accompanying mothers and surveys of educational staff of the shelter were used. The results show that there are effects on the indicators related to inclusive school practice and the educational inclusion of migrant children of school age in this shelter. Among the most affected indicators are: in the variable inclusive school practices, resources for the care of migrant children and the management of volunteers with them; and in the variable Educational inclusion, the integration of children in the new context and accessibility to education as refugees. According to these results, actions are recommended to improve inclusive school practices and the educational inclusion of migrant children in this shelter. |

According to these results, actions are recommended to improve inclusive school practices and the educational inclusion of migrant children in this shelter.El proyecto de investigación parte de la problemática que existe en la inclusión educativa de niños y niñas migrantes que se encuentran en calidad de refugiados, donde las prácticas escolares inclusivas no siempre se realizan adecuadamente. Por ello, el objetivo del trabajo fue analizar la incidencia de las prácticas escolares en la inclusión educativa de los migrantes en edad escolar en el refugio ubicado en la cooperativa Urbanor de la ciudad de Guayaquil. La metodología empleada fue de enfoque mixto, con alcance descriptivo. Se emplearon técnicas como la observación a la actividad y entrevistas a de guías de refugio y a los niños y niñas, entrevista madres acompañantes y encuesta a personal educativo del refugio. En los resultados se evidencia que existen afectaciones en los indicadores relacionados con la práctica escolar inclusiva y la inclusión educativa de la niñez migrante en edad escolar en este refugio. Dentro de los indicadores más afectados se encuentran: en la variable prácticas escolares inclusivas, los recursos para la atención a la niñez migrante y la gestión de los voluntarios con estos; y en la variable Inclusión educativa, la integración de los niños en el nuevo contexto y la accesibilidad a la educación en calidad de refugiados.
