From this perspective, the research considers the mixed approach to carry out the study of the problem…..El presente trabajo de investigación está enfocado en las COMPETENCIAS DOCENTES PARA LA INCLUSION DE NIÑOS CON NECESIDADES EDUCATIVAS ESPECIALES DEL SEGUNDO AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA “CLAIRE BUCARAM DE AIVAS”, la misma tiene la finalidad de desarrollar nuevas y mejores competencias comunicacionales que, permitan la inclusión de niños necesidades educativas especiales. En esta investigación se evidencia que algunos docentes no se encuentran preparados y carecen de herramientas necesarias que favorezcan el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Cabe resaltar que algunos niños no se sienten motivados e incluidos dentro del aula de clases, les cuesta relacionarse con sus pares y carecen de comunicación con el docente. Por tanto, el objetivo de la investigación es proveer de herramientas que permitan al docente facilitar el trabajo con niños que presenten algún tipo de necesidad.
