Esta propuesta busca consolidar en un solo edificio todas las dependencias administrativas, optimizando su operatividad y promoviendo una gestión institucional más ágil y articulada. La planificación del inmueble responde a criterios de eficiencia energética, sostenibilidad y resiliencia estructural, asegurando un alto desempeño con beneficios tanto para la administración como para la comunidad. Actualmente, la dispersión de las oficinas municipales conlleva costos operativos elevados por el arrendamiento de espacios externos, lo que limita la eficiencia en la gestión de recursos. La construcción del nuevo Palacio municipal permitirá reducir significativamente estos gastos, centralizando las actividades institucionales en un entorno diseñado para mejorar la comunicación interdepartamental y la atención al público.
