Tiene como objetivo general analizar jurídicamente el deber objetivo de cuidado en el cantón Salinas de la provincia de Santa Elena específicamente en la vía Punta Carnero, estudiando las diferentes doctrinas que sustenta la figura jurídica en mención. Determinando todos sus antecedentes y evolución a lo largo de la historia del deber objetivo de cuidado en los ciclistas.
