Dodaj etykietę | Streszczenie: | The present investigation focused on the study of the legal figure and jurisdictional guarantee of habeas corpus, and its impact on the job stability of people who work under a dependency relationship in our country. The methodology that was applied was of a mixed nature; since we resort to the qualitative method in order to analyze the various theories and doctrines of habeas corpus, as well as the analysis of the current regulations, this is the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the Law of Jurisdictional Guarantees and Constitutional Control and the Comprehensive Criminal Organic Code. ; in addition to the study of comparative legislation and international treaties ratified by Ecuador. Similarly, the quantitative method was used to conduct a statistical analysis of the surveys and interviews applied.
