This research is divided as follows:.........El presente trabajo de investigación se enfoca en el análisis del control interno al capital de trabajo de las Pymes del sector pesquero de la Provincia de Santa Elena. Generalmente las compañías que cuentan con un manejo adecuado en la gestión del capital de trabajo obtienen ventaja de varios beneficios como son: permanecer a lo largo del tiempo, competitividad mayor entre las Pymes del sector y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos. La adecuada gestión del capital de trabajo es de real importancia para un adecuado manejo de liquidez de la Pymes del sector pesquero debido a que se trata de administrar los activos corrientes, pasivos corrientes y poder cumplir con las obligaciones a corto plazo.
