Satisfacción del cliente respecto al servicio de agua potable EMAPA EP en la parroquia Los Lojas

In the company EMAPA EP Daule, the Parroquia Los Lojas is the central and specific point, here a great analogical dissatisfaction is evident between these two study subjects to be treated, where in order to reach a due satisfaction on the part of the users, the following: adequate care, drinking water services in good condition, quality of sanitation, sewerage, among others. Therefore, the citizens request that said entity can guarantee them a full life regarding this vital liquid that is so important for themselves as well as for daily activities. However, the company seeks to obtain new clients that help them generate new income through the people who are part of it and those who are about to be considering making a significant enhancement to the establishment, trying to comply even with the regulations established by the State and the INEN (Ecuadorian Standardization Service). Clearly, this project will provide an opportunity to both sides through the proposal that offers several efficient resolutions in relation to the problem detected with an exact objective of satisfying the people belonging to the institution and territory; without failing to mention or thank the support for the use of research techniques and instruments such as: the survey, analysis and interpretation; qualitative and quantitative approaches, bibliographic consultations that provide valuable information that connects with the meticulously carried out methods, serving as support or benefit for the place studied.
