| Summary: | The present investigation focuses on the company Multillantas MC, whose main activity is the commercialization of various products such as: PCR tires, TBR, rims, alignment services, balancing and enllantaje, the objective was to establish social media marketing for the increase of tire sales. The applied methodology was deductive to bring the number of inhabitants of a population to a sample and thus proceed to the collection of homogeneous data. It also allowed establishing a criterion of the preferences and tastes that the target has when purchasing a tire. As for the most relevant result, it was evidenced that there are 3 leading brands that are visited by potential customers, Erco Tires, Tedasa and Frenoseguro, so it is important to evaluate the strategies they apply to have as much customer acquisition for the sale of their tires. and if possible replicate them in the company Multillantas MC. Finally, it was concluded that within the strategies that were proposed in the ongoing investigation, they were focused on social media marketing, since these allowed to focus all the resources on improving the company's sales of its tires. In the same way, customer loyalty can be improved and positioning improved. |
