But many times, these rules are not enough to stop the cycle of violence, take care of the victim and punish the aggressor, that is why it is evident that you fail to apply them. It is for this reason that this work tries to analyze the deficiencies in the application of the punitive model in crimes of violence against women or members of the family nucleus in line with the reforms to the COIP……….. |
