The study´s main objetive is to enhance the beauty of the prevailing natural environment in the área and promote ecotourist, there by countributing to the tourism and economic development of the región. Throughout the work, aspects such as identifying the needs of the local community, researching relevant regulation, and conducting analyses of the natural and cultural environment are carried out. The main goal is to design a freshwater resort with suitable infrastructure that ensures comfort for its visitors and provides a rewarding experience. The aim is to offer universal accessibility and functionality in all areas, with the purpose of enhancing the quality of life for the sector´s residents. This Project includes the development of various areas such as safe parking zones, adminstrative and service areas, comercial and social spaces, as well as recreationl and leisure areas. It aims to provide a comprehensive environment that meets the needs of both visitors and the local community, promoting responsable and sustainable tourism............. |
