The present research work aims to contribute to the improvement of interpersonal relationships of parents and teens of the 10th. Year of basic General education of the educational unit "Rafael Mendoza Avilés", through the achievement of an appropriate assertive communication among them. Detection of shortcomings as little communication between parents and children, absence of parents in relationship with the school, not go to the call to treat children, little involvement of students in the school activities, Noting them as absent in such activities and little affection with parents, it motivated this author to inquire into the subject of study by a diagnosis that included the application of the test of the family students included in the sample, as well as surveys to students, parents and teachers……..
