Shrnutí:The following titling project has as its final objective the Development of a Marketing Plan to increase sales in the automatic spare parts company El socio. After an exhaustive analysis, different shortcomings could be found, among which are that employees fail to achieve the proposed sales goals, for which the aforementioned marketing plan will be prepared. The project is developed with a mixed approach, an interview is carried out with the company secretary of El Socio as a qualitative analysis technique to know the situation of the company and as a quantitative analysis to obtain daily, weekly and monthly sales data of the company with in order to carry out an analysis of the information and integrate it to propose solutions that help the operation of the company.............
