This project responds to the growing demand for healthy options, offering accessible and nutritious products. A comprehensive analysis is carried out, covering both the organizational and operational structures, optimizing the administration of the business to ensure efficient and sustainable operations. Based on surveys and interviews, important growth opportunities are revealed. These opportunities are leveraged through a marketing strategy focused on social media, such as Instagram and TikTok, as well as community events, with the aim of attracting and retaining customers. Consumer preferences are analyzed to adjust promotional tactics, maximizing brand visibility and its impact in the local market. |
