Control de inventario y la optimización de recursos en empresas del sector hospitalario

EQUIMEDEC is a company dedicated to the commercialization of medical equipment, supplies and instruments for the health sector. The research is oriented towards inventory control and resource optimization to be able to optimally distribute the requirements to the hospital sector, especially disposable and healing materials, which currently have problems between inventory entry and accounting records, causing differences To evaluate the results of the company, for this reason, the general objective of evaluating how inventory control affects the optimization of resources in companies in the hospital sector was established, from which the research variables that are control of inventory and optimization of resources, which serve as the basis for the development of the topics discussed, based on the experimental design research methodology in data collection to analyze the incidence and interrelation applying the descriptive and documentary type. The results confirmed that the company presents a loss due to lack of internal control, replacement problems, organization of materials and the unanimity of registration by type of presentation of supplies and materials. In this sense, the technical report was presented to propose the Design of the process to unify entry of items by unit of measure in the EQUIMEDEC company's system in disposable and healing material, to optimize the dispatch of materials to hospital clients…..
