For this reason it was decided to make the proposal for the application of a cost and inventory center within the quarry, this will allow to increase or increase the profitability of the company, through the implementation of these elements it will be possible to obtain a more precise cost generated by the processing of each of the materials they sell and in turn it will be possible to better control and measure the waste thrown by Of each process, in order to reduce the margin of waste that can be obtained in that quarry, being indifferent to the material that is being made. It is expected to obtain a 20% increase in profit margin by applying this inventory control and in turn cost control. |

It is expected to obtain a 20% increase in profit margin by applying this inventory control and in turn cost control.Dicho proyecto se centra en el análisis y evaluación de una cantera que brinda materiales para la construcción ubicada en el sector de las Lojas, dicho mercado es muy explotado, debido a la importancia que generan estos materiales para las construcciones de nuevas edificaciones para la ciudad o viviendas particulares; se logró observar que en la cantera ubicada en las Lojas, no cuentan con un control de costos e inventarios, lo cual permite ayudar a mejor la rentabilidad de la cantera y a su ve poder medir de una mejor manera cada uno de los productos que se comercializan en dicho negocio. Por ese motivo se decidió realizar la propuesta de aplicación de un centro de costo e inventarios dentro de la cantera, esto va a permitir aumentar o incrementar la rentabilidad de la empresa, por medio de la implementación de dichos elementos se podrá obtener un costo más preciso que les genera el procesar cada uno de los materiales que comercializan y a su vez se podrá controlar y medir de mejor manera los desechos que arrojan los procesos que realizan en la cantera, también se debe recalcar que se espera que con dicho control se puedan reutilizar los materiales sobrantes de cada proceso, para de esta manera reducir el margen de desperdicio que se puede obtener en dicha cantera, siendo indiferente el material que se esté realizando.
