The company has not carried out an administrative audit of its processes that allows it to know its financial status, in addition to internal controls and its financial, accounting and tax situation. It is necessary to establish a situational analysis of the company through the examination of an administrative Audit, to evaluate the performance of the company's accounting and administrative control processes, improving compliance with internal standards and current policies established for personnel. Therefore, to improve the accounting and administrative processes of the JM Automotive Mechanical Workshop, it is proposed to “Implement an internal control department and establish a manual of daily procedures for services provided to clients.”
