Based on these results, a set of workshops aimed at teachers is proposed to carry out the respective intervention...........El presente trabajo de investigación pretende orientar y motivar al docente para el desarrollo de sus habilidades para dar atención a las necesidades afectivas/conductuales, con talleres que permitan trabajar temas como la comunicación asertiva, la sensibilización con respecto a los casos de inclusión y otros. Se presentan los fundamentos teóricos sobre el tema, así como consideraciones acerca de la importancia de la formación del docente para la intervención en jóvenes con necesidades afectivas/conductuales. La metodología utilizada tuvo un enfoque mixto, de tipo descriptiva, empleando como procedimientos la búsqueda de información bibliográfica, con la aplicación de técnicas como la entrevista a coordinadora del Departamento de Consejería Estudiantil y rectora, la encuesta a personal docente, donde se pudo concluir que los docentes no tienen conocimiento total de los casos de inclusión en su nivel además de no conocer estrategias para intervenir en casos de necesidades afectivas/conductuales.
