Estudio de la violencia contra la mujer como causa del delito de femicidio

With the adoption of the Constitution de la Republican Del Ecuador end 2008, the State is part of a new paradigm of security and protection of the rights of all citizens, establishing himself as a constitutional State of rights and justice. Under this approach the Ecuador adopted the Comprehensive Criminal Code of 10 August 2014, we find new crimes and special procedures, among which we find femicide. In this context, the research focuses on the rights conferred and guaranteed for women according to the 2008 Constitution and the international conventions ratified by our country on Human Rights , violence and iscrimination against women, The study develops an analysis of femicide offense unishable under Article 141 of the Criminal Code of Integral , which at first glance are a widespread concept, where our assembly believed relevant to apply a custodial sentence of twenty-two to twenty-six years imposed a maximum penalty if aggravating circumstances exist deprivation of liberty, under Article 142 of the standard ibid. This criminal, has been implemented by the administrators of justice, any act of violence as a result of death to a woman because of it. According to the criminal law the crime of femicide more than a new way to prevent violent deaths, murders of women by gender are the most extreme test forms of violence against women to existing worldwide……
