Summary:The present study on the investment project for the creation of a micro-enterprise producing furniture in the Bastión Popular 6a sector, demonstrated that according to the data presented in the feasibility study, the details of the acceptance of these products in the public sector will be known. having a positive effect of 99% approval according to the sample studied in this project. The research approach of this project is through a combined quantitative and qualitative method, the research data was obtained through data collection and finally a non-experimental and descriptive method was used using research techniques including surveys and interviews. According to the financial costs incurred, our MARR is 12.69%, a NPV greater than $0 was obtained, in this study our NPV was $11,211.44, the B/C was also calculated to show our benefit within the cost in this case being 1.12 dollars, which shows that for every dollar of investment 0.12 dollars of profit is obtained, and on the other hand the payback was calculated that details the recovery period being 4 years and 8 months. It is concluded that this investment project is financially viable in the Guayaquil market and its objective is to include this project in the market and make our brand known.
