But the electoral systems of each country contain models that are intended to attract the interest of citizens to make it "half plus one" the result of which has been chosen by the "people” that sometimes is sanctioned for not exercising the vote and in others is encouraged so that the population shows interest to exercise this right. The vote is a system that is divided into some models, in which we will study, and these are obligatory voting and the voluntary vote.
