Para lo cual, se desarrolló una investigación descriptiva con un enfoque mixto e instrumentos de investigación como la encuesta y entrevista dirigida a trabajadores y directivos de la empresa. Evidenciándose, la necesidad de un manual bien estructurado para optimizar la coordinación, reducir conflictos y aumentar la productividad, debido a los problemas en la gestión de funciones que afectaban el cumplimiento de objetivos específicos y la eficiencia operativa. La propuesta define claramente las responsabilidades y expectativas de cada puesto bajo alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa, facilitando una mejor coordinación y mayor transparencia en las tareas asignadas.
