Importación de repuestos para aires acondicionados automotrices desde Panamá

The import of spare parts for automotive air conditioners offers multiple benefits, such as access to high-quality products, competitive prices and the possibility of acquiring components that might not be available in the local market. In this sense, the main objective was to develop a business plan in the import of automotive air conditioning spare parts from the Panama market to Guayaquil Ecuador, to contribute to the improvement of the inventory process and the reduction of product costs and expenses. The methodology used was a quantitative approach, a structured survey was applied to potential customers, owners of automobile repair shops and spare parts distributors in Guayaquil, Ecuador, which served as the main technique to collect data from the participants. The results show that the central sector of Guayaquil presents the highest demand for spare parts for automotive air conditioners. In addition, the relationship established with Panafrio store S.A of Panama strengthens competitiveness in the market, allowing to maximize operational efficiency and optimize logistics costs. The strategic choice of this supplier has been key to the success of reducing import costs and improving import processes. import of spare parts for automotive air conditioners, generating a positive impact on profitability and competitiveness.
