Beskrivelse
Summary:In the field of early education, bodily expression acquires fundamental relevance in the process of comprehensive development of children. This study called Playful Activities in the Development of Body Expression in 5-Year-Old Children, focuses on exploring how these strategies impact the early childhood educational context. Through a comprehensive approach that combines data collection through surveys, interviews and direct observation of children, the effects and effectiveness of recreational activities in stimulating bodily expression at this early stage of life are analyzed. The findings of this research reveal the importance of effectively integrating play strategies into the early education curriculum, underlining their crucial role in the cognitive, emotional and physical development of children. In response to these results, the implementation of innovative workshops aimed at teachers is proposed, designed to strengthen their skills in stimulating body expression in 5- year-old children. These workshops not only offer practical and creative tools, but also encourage a playful and participatory approach to the educational process. In addition, practical recommendations are made to improve pedagogical practices in the field of initial education, highlighting the importance of continuous training and the exchange of good practices between educators. This study is positioned as a significant contribution to the field of early education, providing a solid framework to promote the comprehensive development of children through playful activities that stimulate bodily expression from the first stages of life.
