Sumari:In Guayaquil, socioeconomic and political challenges, such as crime, economic inequality, poverty, and dependence on imported food, have created a complex urban environment. Given this scenario, the proposal for collective housing with food autonomy arises, which seeks to address these problems in a comprehensive manner. Integrating vertical gardens, water collection systems and commercial spaces with a focus on circular economy, this initiative has the main objective of improving food security, reducing environmental impact and strengthening urban resilience and citizen participation. The adaptation of modular infrastructure to family needs maximizes the use of available land, while the combination of modular architectural design and sustainable agricultural systems turns these homes into true self-sufficient ecosystems. With the implementation of innovative agricultural practices and the efficient use of water resources, food production is promoted in a sustainable manner.......
