El alcance de la investigación partirá del Código Orgánico de la Niñez y Adolescencia, y se extenderá dentro de normas supletorias como lo son el Código Civil y Código Orgánico General de Procesos debido a que la problemática existente versa sobre la idoneidad del curador ad-litem.
