Etiketle | Özet: | Managing effective communication would allow school-age children to have the ability to establish much more concrete and solid interpersonal relationships, which will contribute to their emotional and social well-being, this being important so that, as human beings, within of society, can resolve conflicts peacefully and negotiate effectively, just as they would in the classroom, with their peers and teachers. The objective was to analyze the influence of effective communication in the resolution of conflicts of the students of the fifth grade of basic education of the José Joaquín de Olmedo Fiscal School, located in Socio Vivienda 2, during the first semester of the 2023 school year. For which a mixed, qualitative and quantitative approach methodology was used, with an exploratory and correlational scope, and observation techniques, interviews and surveys. The results indicated that the children of the fifth grade of the José Joaquín de Olmedo school have the ability to dialogue and debate demonstrating empathy, however, they tend to have negative attitudes among classmates when they are in a more personal environment, without teachers or authorities in the environment. classroom.
