Tóm tắt:The subject of this titling project was THE SOCIO-ECUATIONAL MEASURES PROVIDED FOR BY THE CODE FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS AND THE REHABILITATION OF ADOLESCENT OFFENDERS IN THE CITY OF GUAYAQUIL. The general objective is to strengthen the socio-educational measures provided for in the Childhood and Adolescence Code to help in the rehabilitation of adolescent offenders in the city of Guayaquil. The first chapter consisted of analyzing the question of the study with the objective of formulating the respective research questions, the specific objetives, justification, idea to defend and the delimitation. Chapter Two include the theoretical framework through the primary sources related to the bibliography in relation to the doctrinal, legal, concepts, international treaties ratified by Ecuador in the fiel of childhood and adolescence, national and international jurisprudence, of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. Chapter three include the methodological framework where the relevant research methods were exposed for the correct collection and application of the data for the development of the research project, in this way the solid arguments on the socio-educational measures provided for in the Code of the Childhood and Adolescence, particularly institutional confinement.
