| Sumario: | The present research project was based on the study of Labor Harassment in Ecuadorian legislation, which provides for the procedure, however, does not establish the obligation of workshops or psychosocial programs to prevent the victim who suffers harassment. It is important to point out that in Ecuadorian legislation, labor harassment is recently included in the Law Reforming the Organic Law of the Public Service and Labor Code, and its treatment given in the Regulations for the Eradication of Discrimination in the Workplace, which they aim to guarantee non-discrimination and equality, seeking to maintain a healthy environment in the workplace, as well as establishing mechanisms to prevent psychosocial risks……. |
