Plan de exportación de almidón de yuca desde el cantón Chone Manabí al mercado de Florida Estados Unidos

The present work was elaborated under the problem of how to improve the productivity of the cassava producers of Canton Chone through the application of an Export Plan of a technified product based on cassava starch for the Florida-United States market; An export is the release of a good from the point of origin of the same, so that it is marketed in international markets, the export plan corresponds to how the export will be made; the objective of this work corresponds to the elaboration of this plan, in order to improve the productivity of the farmers of Canton Chone. The scientific method helped to research the theories and information necessary to achieve the objective, as well as to define the techniques and instruments involved throughout the work; A survey was carried out on 384 inhabitants of Florida to know their habits of consumption and opinion about the product, as well as a survey of 75 producers in Canton Chone, to know the interest and knowledge of them on the subject, where it was determined that the interest Of the population of Florida towards the product is high, although the knowledge of the producers of Chone on exports is almost null, reasons why it is proposed the design of a plan of export of cassava starch, in response to the problematic…….
