This is possible thanks to a project with foundations of a descriptive and hermeneutic nature, which allows knowing the reality of the object of study and generating a diagnosis that allows its compatibility, deepening its relationships with the stakeholders involved…..El presente proyecto de investigación surge bajo la necesidad de evaluar el contexto actual de comportamiento de las estrategias comunicacionales impulsadas dentro del Consejo Cantonal de Protección de Derechos del Cantón Pedro Carbo de la provincia del Guayas y su efecto hacia los habitantes de la parroquia Sabanilla, con base en la premisa de que la comunicación es un elemento indispensable para la mejora del alcance de los objetivos predispuestos por toda organización que se vea relacionada con objetivos públicos .
