添加標簽 | 總結: | The present research addresses the redesign of the Municipal Sports Stadium "Jacobo Bucaram Elmhalim" in Pascuales. Currently, it is one of the most representative facilities in the parish for sporting events. Despite its importance in the area, maintenance conditions have been deficient. The stadium faces challenges such as the indiscriminate use of public space due to commercial activity in the area, structural deficiencies including cracks in the stands, corrosion of metal components, deterioration of the main façade, and non-functional interior spaces. In order to improve its functionality, the redesign was proposed by applying Minimalist Architecture principles to create functional and necessary spaces for the population. The need to carry out this redesign proposal arose from a field diagnosis, conducted through an on-site visit to assess its current condition. Through the qualitative methodology and its observation guide instrument, the current state of the facility was described. Additionally, using the quantitative methodology and its survey instrument, the level of acceptance of the proposal was determined............. |
