Resumo:One of the most important issues that modern times require is the acquisition of English as a second language. This language is considered the global language because people around the world use it for communication in many different environments. This turns mandatory for English teachers to integrate new elements into the classroom that motivate students to acquire the appropriate skills to achieve a good level of speaking to communicate at least comprehensibly. A learning approach that helps teachers accomplish this goal is gamification, which is considered also a pedagogical strategy. This strategy is based on games and their technique to teach in a motivated way, engaging students in the learning process in a successful way. The present study is directed to describe the way in which gamification influences the oral production in students of 7th year EGB at Bella Vista School, 2019-2020.
