Within the work arises as a methodological structure that lets the reader know the problem as such and the respective solution afforded to it. The problematic part of the work are defined the objectives and the importance of being able to develop a campaign directed to the formation of the Bachelor. The theoretical framework allowed different topics of the work, where it was essential to know the definitions written by different authors and theories that support how important it would be for the Bachelor have enabling knowledge in coaching and management.
