Riassunto:This work presents a contribution to the detection of Special Educational Needs associated with disability in children of 4 and 5 years of age that, to this day, is a topic little or not attended by the teachers of Initial 2 and 1 of Basic General Education. A system of methodological actions of orientation to teachers is proposed, simple, practical, articulated with the proposal of the Ministry of Education, through the Department of Student Counseling (DECE), which within its axes of intervention consists of promotion and prevention, detection, intervention and monitoring of vulnerable groups and priority attention for inclusion and attention to diversity. To achieve this purpose, it was necessary to explore the reality of Initial 2 and 1st EGB levels through surveys, interviews and case studies……….
