Through the production of the documentary Emprender sin Límites, that exposes the cases of two men who have quadriplegia, it seeks to motivate and create awareness of the role that characters can play in the area of system and technology, as well as in optometry. The research, whose approach is qualitative is the result of a bibliographic review of scientific bases and, through the logical deductive method, the path was drawn to interrelate concepts, cases, legal and theoretical framework, with the aim of deepening the study. For the development of the present work, the empirical method was necessary; also the technique of the interview and the descriptive and documentary resources. |

For the development of the present work, the empirical method was necessary; also the technique of the interview and the descriptive and documentary resources.El presente trabajo investigativo que aborda el emprendimiento y las personas con discapacidad, tiene el objetivo de valorar el aporte de este segmento de la población a la sociedad y promover su inclusión en el mercado laboral, en cumplimiento al principio de cohesión social y al pleno ejercicio de los derechos humanos. A través de la producción del documental Emprender sin Límites, que expone los casos de dos hombres que tienen cuadriplejía, se busca motivar y crear conciencia del rol que pueden desempeñar los personajes en el área de sistemas y tecnología, así como en la optometría. La investigación, cuyo enfoque es cualitativo es el resultado de una revisión bibliográfica de bases científicas y, a través del método lógico deductivo, se trazó la ruta para interrelacionar conceptos, casos, marco legal y teórico, con el objetivo de profundizar en el estudio.
