These structures have housed hundreds of families over the years, with deficiencies in ventilation, natural lighting and their common spaces, which is affecting the quality of life of its residents. The proposal presented not only modernizes the existing building, but also contributes with solutions based on environment, improving thermal comfort, and integration of green areas with the urban environment. Our main objective will be to analyze the current characteristics of collective housing, in order to help with the adaptation of these including the relocation of spaces optimizing their functionality, allowing maximum use of empty areas, Turning them into high-production and recreation spaces. Likewise, the incorporation of green terraces will improve cross ventilation along with the redesign of windows promotes natural lighting to existing departments, reducing the dependence on artificial air systems promoting bioclimatic design............. |
