Résumé:The development of this research is aimed at creating a strategic plan that allows exporting the respective brand valuation services of VISUM CONSULTING, which has identified an opportunity in the Colombian market as there is a segment that can be addressed to expand the company. Therefore, through this study, information is compiled that provides the context to the organization, through the objectives set, being necessary the theoretical compilation of the empirical references that present greater relevance and serve as a knowledge base, having as key points the nature of the contextual framework, supported by relevant information from the companies that are part of the empirical support of the study, the theoretical framework, where the corresponding theories are presented, and the legal framework that collects the information that regulates commercial exchange in the legal field………
